This week, we want to highlight our TOCA Strikers program for developing players! Strikers introduces players aged 1.5-7 years to the game of soccer through classes designed to be age-appropriately challenging and fun. Activities include: fun games to teach the skills and rules of soccer and real gameplay. Players also utilize the patented TOCA technology to develop their game. Age-groups and times are posted here https://toca.ca/strikers/
Sometimes, families need financial assistance to get their kids into a sport or physical activity. Jumpstart is committed to helping all families access a range of activities, including soccer. In fact, this program has helped nearly 700 organizations, impacting over 70,000 kids from coast-to-coast-to-coast. TOCA applauds Canadian Tire’s generous gift of $12 million to boost Jumpstart’s Individual players fund. Apply to Jumpstart for all Canadian TOCA Centres here.
Have you met coach Ricardo from TOCA North Van?! This week’s coach profile features El Salvador’s own Ricardo Gonzalez! When it comes to TOCA training, Ricardo shares a similar opinion to many of the guests, as he knows he would have loved specific skill training that TOCA Technology has for development in his youth career. This week, the debut of our coaching profiles starts with Ricardo, but stay tuned for more profiles, spotlights and blogs on TOCA’s highly qualified staff!
