TOCA Membership Information
Initiation Fee (For TOCA Memberships Only)
TOCA charges a $30 Initiation Fee which will be waived for first-time members. If you cancel your membership and decide to rejoin at a later date, the Initiation Fee will apply.
When Membership Fees Are Charged (For TOCA Memberships Only)
Annual Membership: Annual Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase. This locks in the Membership costs for the twelve months following purchase.
Monthly Membership: Monthly Membership Fees, in an amount equal to the then-current monthly charge for the applicable Membership category (Individual or Family), will be charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of every month while the Membership is active. In the event that a Member signs up for a Membership on a date other than the first of a month, the month of sign up will be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in that month, and the card will be charged appropriately at the time of sign up.
Membership Cancelation (For TOCA Memberships Only)
Annual Membership: May not be cancelled (or refunded) but there is no obligation to renew.
Monthly Membership: May be cancelled at any time but monthly charge for the next succeeding month will be charged. For example, if you provide TOCA notice of cancellation on May 28th, you will be billed June 1st and your membership will remain active for the month June.
Membership cancellations must be done in person or via phone. TOCA does not accept Membership cancellations online.
Advance Session Booking (For TOCA Memberships Only)
Members: Members may book as far out as the schedule is available/will allow. Advance booking is the best way to ensure that you get the training times that fit best with your schedule.
Non-Members: Non-Members may book up thirty (30) days in advance.
Membership Freeze (For TOCA Memberships Only)
We recognize that “life happens” and there may come a time where a Member would like to put their membership on hold for a short period of time. In that vein, Members are permitted a one-time freeze of their membership in one-month increments, for a maximum of three (3) months. To freeze a Membership, TOCA simply needs the Member to tell us no less than three (3) days before the start of the month in which they would like the “freeze’ to begin.
When is Payment Required for a Session? (For TOCA Memberships Only)
Members: At the time of the session. Members must have a valid credit card on file at all times during membership.
Non-members: At time of booking
Session Cancellation Fees and Notice: (For TOCA Memberships Only)
Members: There will be no charge if a scheduled session is cancelled with greater than 24 hours advance notice. If a scheduled session is cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice, TOCA reserves the right to charge a $35 fee.
Non-members: Non-Members will receive full credit* if a scheduled session is cancelled with greater than 48 hours advance notice. If a scheduled session is cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice, TOCA reserves the right to charge the full session fee. * Full Credit means the guest may elect to receive a full refund of the amount paid or a credit towards their next session.

TOCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND COSTS AT ANY TIME AT TOCA CANADA’S SOLE DISCRETION. TOCA WILL NOT CHANGE THE COSTS AND BENEFITS RETROACTIVELY AND WILL PROVIDE NOT LESS THAN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS’ PRIOR NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A CHANGE TO BE IMPLEMENTED SOONER
Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Withdrawals prior to the program start date are subject to a $100 fee. Refunds will not be considered once the program starts. Program credits will be considered if a player withdraws due to long term injury and provides medical documentation.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee plus any service/processing charges from payment processors.
